Andreas, a graduated communications designer, founded the agency in 1987. As owner and Managing Director of the agency he is responsible for developing our long-term strategies. He functions as the first point of contact for all clients and assumes overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of all major projects. With his broad experience in international bids for mega events he is also in demand as a speaker at conferences and conventions.

After acquiring a degree in communications design, Christian started his career in our team in 1989. Since this time he has been responsible for masterminding most of our corporate designs, communication measures and bid campaigns... and his head is still full of ideas.

Thomas is a sports and communications consultant with almost 20 years of experience in working with national and international federations in their ambitions to host major events. He was involved in various capacities in all the agency's major bids, most notably the FIFA World Cups 2006, 2010 and 2022 as well as Munichs bid to host the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games 2018.
